Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Shipping costs are available with UPS and USPS depending on your needs. The shipping cost estimate is based on the distance traveled from our Franklin, OH location along with package weight and size. Please reach out to work with your shipping needs if 2 day delivery is needed.
Returns
The Small Print

Returns are not accepted after 30 days after receipt of merchandise.

No returns will be accepted with out a return of product (RPN) number. Please contact customer service to receive your (RPN). A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany your return to be eligible for credit.

All returns must be sent prepaid at the expense of the customer. To protect yourself against lost or damaged packages we recommend insuring shipment for full value of purchased amount.

The Return of Product number does not indicate a replacement or refund to be issued, but only that we will inspect the product in regards to your claim.

All returns must be in new condition in the original packaging.

Again no returns after 30 days. Customer refused shipments are subject to the original UPS shipping charges.

We offer free cancellations to orders that have not shipped.

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, we will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond our control.
Products are indicated for specific models as listed by product title. Purchases made with the intent to use for incorrect applications are at risk of the customers expense and such purchases are made at your own risk.
All refunds will be credited back to the payment method used on the sales order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing all refunds.
Warranty Information
The Information You Need to Know

All manufactured products sold by Anderson Engineering Solutions LLC have a 120 day limited warranty from the date of sale.

This warranty does not cover minor defects as a result of naturally occuring elements and shipping damages including, but not limited to oxidation or corrosion, paint flakes, and burrs or high metal.

This limited warranty applies to all products and requires an inspection by Anderson Engineering Solutions LLC at it's Franklin, OH location to verify if a product defect exists in either the material or workmanship if claim arises.

The specified 120 day warranty is non-transferrable and will remain in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise for the time agreed upon of that warranty.

By entering all required information to complete an order over the phone, social media, or via this website, you agree Anderson Engineering Solutions LLC will remain free or unharmed for any and all labor incurred in regards to installation, maintenance or repair of all purchased products from Anderson Engineering Solutions LLC.

All product application(s) are specified within product details. Products sold and used for unspecified applications (include all race applications) are not warrantied for product failure under any circumstance.

Anderson Engineering Solutions LLC will not be held responsible for any damages incurred or additional labor necessary to a vehicle as a result from any product purchased.

Any litigation or lawsuit originating from, or is the result of, any sale to a purchaser for any products sold by Anderson Engineering Solutions LLC is to be filled in the court system of Franklin, Ohio, USA and the Laws of Ohio shall be followed for such lawsuit.
